19 South Tenth Street (Tenth Street below Market Street) We are on Tenth Street, between Market and Chestnut Streets, in the Market East section of Center City. Directions to St. Stephen’s Church Via Train, Bus, Streetcar, or Subway: Take SEPTA trains to Market East Station, underneath The Gallery.  When you get off at Market East station you are about two city blocks north and west of the church; walk south and east to Tenth and Market Streets. -or- Take SEPTA's Blue Line getting off  at 11th and Market Streets and walk one block east to Tenth and Market. -or- Take SEPTA's Orange Line, getting off at City Hall and walk four blocks east to Tenth and Market. -or- Take any SEPTA Green Line Streetcar getting off  at 13th and Market Streets and walk three blocks east to Tenth and Market. -or- From North Philadelphia, take SEPTA's Orange Line Ridge Spur, getting off  at 8th and Market Streets and walk two blocks west to Tenth and Market. From northeast of the city: Follow 95 South.  Approaching Center City, as the highway divides into “95 South / Airport” to the left, and “676 West,” stay far to the right for “676 East / Ben Franklin Bridge / Independence Hall.” Go down the exit ramp, and make a right turn onto Callowhill Street.  Go 8 blocks and make a left onto Tenth Street. Go about 4 blocks through Chinatown, pass under “The Gallery” mall, cross Market Street.  After Market Street you will see the church on your left and a parking garage directly across the street on your right. Printable directions From northwest of the city, via Schuykill Expressway: Approaching Center City, as the highway divides into “76 East / Airport” to the right, stay left for “676 East” (Vine Street Expressway).  After about ¼ mile, exit at “Broad Street / Central Philadelphia.” As you come up the exit ramp, stay to the left for “Vine Street / Local traffic.”  Go straight on Vine Street about five blocks and make a right onto Tenth Street. Go about 4 blocks through Chinatown, pass under “The Gallery” mall, cross Market Street.  After Market Street you will see the church on your left and a parking garage directly across the street on your right. Printable directions From the south / airport: Follow 95 North.  At Penns Landing as the highway divides into “95 North” to the right, and “676 West / Central Philadelphia,” follow the signs to “676 East.”  As you exit the highway the ramp will put you straight onto Callowhill Street. Follow Callowhill Street for about 5 blocks, then make a left onto Tenth Street. Go about 4 blocks through Chinatown, pass under “The Gallery” mall, cross Market Street.  After Market Street you will see the church on your left and a parking garage directly across the street on your right.
